Comp Life Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Who we are

Comp Life is operated by Omni Enterprise Corporation (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Comp Life mobile app and website.

Information you provide

When you create an account or use certain features, you may provide your name, email address, and content you enter (competitions, schedules, dancer profiles, packing lists, vault photos and videos, optional finance-related entries, and studio roster fields if you use Studio Enterprise).

Authentication and account

Sign-in is provided through Supabase Auth. The same account works in the iOS app and on this website.

Cloud storage and sync

Data you save is stored in our Supabase project so you can access it across devices and the web.

Family and studio data

Household information such as private photos, season-goal reflections, and finances is not shown on public pages and is not available to studios by default. Studio roster and invitation records are separate from family competition records.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status may be verified using RevenueCat. Website subscriptions for people without an Apple device are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full payment card number. Studio billing is not part of family Premium.

Apple Calendar (optional)

If you choose Connect Apple Calendar in the iOS app, Comp Life asks for Calendar access on the device (EventKit) so it can display your existing events next to competitions and family events. Access is requested only when you tap Connect. Event titles and times stay on the device and are not uploaded to Comp Life’s servers. Comp Life does not add, edit, or delete Calendar events. Hide Apple events removes the in-app overlay only. You can revoke Calendar access in iOS Settings.

Google Calendar (optional)

If you choose Connect Google Calendar in the iOS app, Comp Life requests read-only access to your Google calendars. Tokens stay on the device. Event titles and times are shown next to Comp Life competitions and family events. We do not request Gmail or Contacts, edit Google events, or upload those events to Comp Life’s servers. Disconnect removes the overlay. You can also revoke access in your Google Account.

Email and promotions

If you opt in to Comp Life news and offers when you create an account (or later in Settings), we use that account email for occasional product news and offers. This is optional and off unless you opt in. We still send necessary account emails such as password reset. We do not collect emails from people who only visit the website, and we do not sell your email.

Sharing

We use service providers described in this policy (Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, and Google if you connect Google Calendar). We do not sell your personal information.
